National Parks and Wildlife Service and Cape Byron Trust have rebuilt Mildenhall Cottage to reflect its original character and heritage, the new cottage has the 'quirky' beach shack features of the old and yet all the modern conveniences needed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Mildenhall Cottage is one of four beach shacks (Circa 1920's - 1950's) within the Cape Byron State Conservation Area that NPWS and Cape Byron Trust are restoring
All bedrooms and living areas in Mildenhall Cottage have direct views to the world famous Pass surf and distant views of Mount Warning and the surrounding Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area. So you can either sit back and take in the views or get out there and enjoy one of the many activities available nearby such as surf schools, sea kayaking, hang gliding, lighthouse tours, snorkelling, scuba diving and whale watching during season. Whatever you choose having memorable and unique holiday will be the one certainty!
Mildenhall Cottage sleeps six people within three bedrooms (two queens and two single beds) and has disabled access.
There is a strict no party or private function policy with the renting of this property.
